A yoga class adaptable to beginners and more experienced yogis alike. Utilizing a combination of vinyasa and hatha yoga asanas, and breathwork (pranayama) to connect the mind, body and spirit.

Define those muscles & create your curves! This class will utilize body weight exercises as well as bands, weights and balls.
HIIT the Deck
A high intensity class focused on burpees, press ups and other movements that involve hitting the deck!
Total body fitness at the barre and using floor barre techniques. The best techniques of ballet and the best of fitness rolled into one.
